Hayley was an absolute gem sorting my painful ear piercing (done elsewhere). She replaced the pain-causing stud with a beautiful sparkly one with a flat back. It's the first good night's sleep I've had in six months! Can't speak highly enough of her! So warm, relaxed and welcoming - thank you!
Very friendly and welcoming. Also very refreshing to go to a salon where things are a little bit alternative to what most other salons offer! Here you can go in looking the same as everyone else and leave with amazing, bright happy hair! Could even follow that a sparkly new set of nails, some amazing henna or a sneaky piercing if you're feeling brave! We discussed well before my appointment about what I wanted and how achievable it was. Had a patch and strand test before my appointment as expected. My hair was nice and blonde on the ends but slightly brassy further up so as everyone (should) knows you need a very light blonde for bright/pastel colours to take properly. So we lightened the ends up and got to work! My hair was a bit stubborn on the day but Demi would not be defeated and kept at it until we reached where we wanted to be! Keep doing what you're doing team! Will definitely be going back!
STAY CLEAR!!!!Completely ruined my hair. The hair dresser is completely useless, I've done it better myself. I hate the colour and I got home and cried to my other half about the awful job she did.Even after showing her pictures of what I liked, she ignored them and did what she want. I told her how I liked it cut but she completely ignored it. Please go somewhere else. Don't waste your money!!
