Superb food. Fabulous cafe. Very clean and tidy. Love the small portion option if you're calorie counting. Staff wonderful especially Jon, he told me to say that! However he was a good waiter, he did work hard and could multi-task! Definately reccommend.
Without doubt the very best fish and chips I have ever eaten. The care and attention that the Miller family put into their fish and chips is at a standard youd find in a Michelin Stared restaurant, the quality of the fish the precise way they cook things is mind boggling. Yorkshire is well known for the quality of Fish and Chips Millers take that high standard to a whole new level.
Wonderful food served by motivated happy friendly staff. Good place to eat and great place to work by the looks of it. We love the light bites.and the special dinner club events. We came to a gin tasting night recently and it was so lovely.
Excellent choice for a light pre-theatre supper. Lovely fish, fishcake and chips. The portion of garden peas was generous. Nice local beer was served with the food. Our waitress, Leslie, was very attentive and even offered me extra chips when she saw my plate was empty!
Voted the best fish and chips in the UK (and therefore the world!) I can only totally agree with the other voters! Stunningly good! It's a long drive and we still go back. Even has a great dining room round the back.
