Auto garage (and business) done right! These are the kind of people that anyone with a car (and not a lot of knowledge, like me) would want to work with. Clearly very capable and knowledgeable, but also very helpful and exhaustive in their process, and always make sure they've done their best to address the issue. Very good attitude and unparalleled work ethics. Friendly and accommodating.I've tried others in York before, but honestly, I am more than happy to take the car all the way from the complete opposite side of town to FR Pulleyn than go to anyone else.

My car was scratched while being serviced at another garage. I came to Pulleyn's and the gentleman I dealt with was extremely busy but attended to me immediately and efficiently. He got my car treated immediately as it was only a small amount of work required. The work was done to a high standard, and the manager himself touched up a separate part that needed attention. Hugely impressed and will definitely recommend and use again if necessary.
