1 hour 45 and food still not arrived. Unfortunately not the first time it's taken 2 hours to arrive. Called in twice and both times told delivered any minute. Now just been told order hasn't come off printer after ordering on their website. Good food when arrives but not happy about the time and the lies. Wont be using again.

The food should have been with us in 45 minutes, it took nearly 2 hours. When it did arrive the chips were cold and the chicken burger was really hard and dry. My sons enjoyed the chicken strips. But they worked out to be very expensive as these were the only thing that got eaten
Great food, we had 2 pizzas and a chicken kebab.
Shocking experience using hacis since it changed they forgot my pizza off my order and my garlic bread. Would not recommend them useless management and people who put the phone down om you when you try to resolve your issue. Piss poor.
