Poor communication regarding emails sent be the Haxby Branch. When the email came back to me the email was rude and from request they never answered any of my questions on a property that intrested, also I want view tomorrow which emailed on regards on Monday. I'm cash buyer but if that's there way they do business not communicating with potential buyers, its at off putting. I am not recommend them as lack communication either be email, phone as left my email to. Staff where rude when replying by email and no phone call either as i left my mobile on the request . Very poor custmer service.
