Have left my dog here for the last couple of years and couldn't be happier with the treatment he got I know he will be fed and walked leaving us to enjoy our holiday and would recommend to anyone I know
Dirty, dark and dingy at 9 am on collection still being charged for that day my dogs were stinking of urine as hadn't been let out, and we had to stop twice on our way home and water them down... god knows when they last had a drink !!!!! Avoid!!!!!
Very friendly kennels who look after your dog's and cats properly.
Absolutley brilliant i rang them last minute as i was due to go on holiday and my usual pet sitter let me down and the lady managed to get him in for me the following morning. Also gave him a bath the day i picked him up so he was lovely and clean. Excellent sevice 5 stars!
I drove to the kennel to give a deposit for my dogs, which must be done in person because the kennel is cash only. Upon arriving I found that the dogs were unattended even during the kennel's opening hours and when I'd already arranged to meet the owner. I rang the bell, knocked, and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. During this entire time I could see that the dogs were left unattended. On a hot summer day with dogs in open runs this is seriously irresponsible. I ended up leaving, so who knows how long it took for someone to check on them.
